Privacy
Dazzel runs on a wallet address, not a profile. We keep what billing and security need, and nothing from inside your conversations with a model.
01The short version
- No names, no passwords, no tracking cookies, no ads.
- Prompts and model replies pass through the gateway and are never written to disk.
- Anything that happens on-chain is public by design, and we cannot change that.
02What we store
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Wallet address | It is your account. |
| Sign-in sessions | So you stay signed in. Stored only as a one-way hash, expiring after 7 days. |
| Error reports | When a page shows you an error, the page address, the error text and the wallet address it was connected with; and anything you send to our Telegram bot with /report. Used only to find and fix problems. |
| Ask Proven chat | What you type in the chat in the corner of the site, Proven's answers, the page you were on and the wallet address it was connected with. Kept so the team can see what people ask and fix what breaks; "Send to team" turns the chat into a report. Your IP address is not stored. Never type a seed phrase or private key. |
| Balances and listings | Your balance, earned credit, listings, amounts owed to you and payouts made. |
| Orders and payments | Amounts, assets and transaction hashes, to credit you correctly and prevent a payment being used twice. |
| API keys and client tokens | Stored only as one-way hashes. We show a full key once, when it is created. |
| Usage records | For each call: time, model, token counts, cost and the milliseconds the gateway added. This powers billing and your analytics. |
| Referral link used | To pay the affiliate who brought you. |
Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit requests and protect the service; it is not stored with your account.
03What we never store
The content of prompts, messages, files you send to models, model replies, and pages fetched by tools. They stream through the gateway in memory and are gone when the call ends.
04Who else sees data
- Model providers, through OpenRouter. To answer a request, its content has to reach the model. We route only to endpoints with a zero-retention policy and ask that nothing be logged.
- Robinhood Chain. Payments, launches and anything else you sign on-chain are public and permanent.
- Google Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google, which sees your IP address when they load.
- We do not sell or rent data, and share it with authorities only when the law requires us to.
05On your device
Your browser keeps your sign-in session, which wallet you connected, an unfinished launch draft and the referral link you arrived with, in its local storage. Clearing site data removes them. None of it is used for tracking.
06How long we keep it
Account, balance and payment records are kept while the account is in use and as long as needed for accounting. Usage records are kept for recent activity and trimmed as they age. Daily backups are kept for 30 days.
07Your choices
- Disconnect or sign out at any time from the account menu; replacing your API key revokes the old one.
- Ask us what we hold about your address, or to delete it, at hello@dazzel.life. Records we must keep for payments, and anything already on-chain, cannot be erased.
- We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
