Terms
These terms cover everything you can do on dazzel.life: buying model credit, selling credit you will not use, calling models and tools through the gateway, and launching agents. By connecting a wallet or using an API key you agree to them.
01Using Dazzel
- Your account is your wallet address. Signing in means signing a message with that wallet; it costs nothing and sends no transaction.
- You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and everything signed with it. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key and cannot recover a lost wallet.
- You must be legally able to use crypto assets and AI services where you live. Do not use Dazzel where that is prohibited.
02Credit
- Dazzel credit is called $FUEL. The name is only a label: $FUEL is not a token, has no contract and is not listed on any exchange.
- Credit is prepaid access to models and tools, counted in US dollars. $1 of credit pays for $1 of usage at the provider's list price.
- Credit is not money, a deposit or an investment. It earns nothing and cannot be redeemed for cash. The only way to pass it on is to list earned credit on the credit market.
- Credit does not expire while the service runs. If Dazzel ever closes, we will announce it in advance so balances can be used.
- We only sell credit the service can serve. When capacity is reached, top-ups pause until it is added.
03Payments
- Top-ups are paid in USDG or ETH on Robinhood Chain to the treasury address shown at checkout. ETH is priced from the Chainlink ETH/USD feed when the order is created.
- The price you see includes the credit price and a 5% platform fee on the discounted part only, shown separately before you pay. Credit bought at list price carries no fee, so a top-up never costs more than list price.
- A payment counts once it is confirmed on-chain from the wallet you signed in with. A payment that is short, late, or sent to an expired order is credited for the amount actually received.
- On-chain transactions cannot be reversed by us. Payments sent on the wrong network, from a different wallet or to a different address may be lost. If something went wrong, write to us with the transaction hash.
04Selling credit
- You can list earned credit you hold at one of the discount tiers offered. Buyers take the deepest discount first.
- For every credit that sells, you are owed the discounted price in USDG. You claim it yourself from the Sell credit tab, from $1, and it is sent in USDG to your signed-in wallet from the payout wallet listed on the transparency page. If that pool is short, what you are owed stays on your account until it is refilled.
- Credit that has not sold returns to you when you cancel the listing. Credit held in a buyer's open checkout returns if that checkout is not paid.
- We may decline or remove listings that look abusive, and hold payouts while we look into suspected fraud.
05Affiliates
If someone signs in through your referral link, you earn 20% of the platform fee on their top-ups, owed in USDG alongside any sales. Referring yourself, or wallets you control, is not allowed and voids those earnings.
06The gateway and tools
- Keep your API keys and connected-client tokens secret. Anyone holding them can spend your balance. You can replace a key at any time from your account.
- Each call is charged its actual cost from your balance. Requests stop when the balance runs out.
- Requests are relayed to third-party model providers. You must follow their usage policies, and you are responsible for what you send and what you do with the output.
- Do not use Dazzel to break the law, to harm others, to probe or attack systems you do not own, or to get around metering. We may suspend keys or accounts that do.
- We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it. Providers, networks and models can be unavailable or change.
07The launchpad
- Agent tokens are created by their launchers on Pons. Dazzel does not issue, endorse or vouch for any agent token or the agent behind it.
- Launch fees and gas are paid in ETH and shown by your wallet before you sign. Creator-fee splits and other terms are shown in the launch form and apply from the moment the agent is registered.
- Each agent's creator fees go to a vault contract made for it at launch. The split is fixed in that contract. The stake share waits in the vault until $DAZZ staking opens; the credit and balance shares are credited to the agent wallet at the ETH/USD price when they are harvested.
- Token images and metadata you submit are public and recorded on-chain. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to publish.
08No advice, no warranty
Nothing on Dazzel is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens are highly risky and can lose all their value. Dazzel is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Questions, problems with a payment, or requests about your account: hello@dazzel.life.
